Built for riders chasing speed, efficiency and a clean race-bike setup, the Vision Metron 5D ACR EVO Integrated Carbon Handlebar & Stem combines aerodynamic shaping, lightweight carbon construction and refined ergonomics in one premium cockpit.
The EVO generation improves on Vision's proven Metron 5D platform with a lower-profile aerodynamic design, increased stiffness and improved vibration control while retaining the distinctive ergonomic shape that has made the 5D series popular among performance road riders.
At approximately 320 g in the 420 mm × 110 mm configuration, it delivers a strong balance of low weight, rigidity and comfort for racing, climbing, fast group rides and high-performance road cycling.
Aerodynamic One-Piece Carbon Design
The handlebar and stem are integrated into a single full-carbon structure, eliminating the visual bulk of a traditional two-piece cockpit and creating a smooth, streamlined front end.
The flattened aero tops help manage airflow around the rider and cockpit, while the lowered stack of the EVO design contributes to a more compact race-oriented profile.
Comfortable Race-Focused Geometry
The Metron 5D ACR EVO features Vision's characteristic 10° forward-swept top section, creating a natural hand position when riding on the tops.
Compact geometry makes it easy to move between the hoods and drops:
- 80 mm reach
- 125 mm drop
- 5 mm outward drop offset
- -6° stem angle
The slightly flared lower section provides additional clearance and control when sprinting, cornering or descending aggressively.
Fully Integrated ACR Cable Routing
Vision's ACR – Aerodynamic Cable Routing system allows compatible brake hoses and drivetrain wiring to be routed internally through the cockpit.
This produces a clean front end with minimal exposed cabling and helps maintain the aerodynamic appearance of modern performance road bikes.
The cockpit is also Shimano Di2 compatible, with provision for electronic drivetrain wiring.
L & XL Geometry Options
The EVO cockpit is available in two geometry families — L and XL — allowing riders to choose a cockpit shape that better matches their preferred reach and riding position.
