At Road Victory, we aim to provide a clear and dependable shipping experience. Please review this policy before placing your helmet order.
Review Your Shipping Details
Before completing your order, carefully review the selected products, helmet variants, delivery address, contact number, and available shipping method.

Accurate Delivery Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your name, street address, city, postal code, country, telephone number, and other delivery information are complete and accurate.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfilment.
Road Victory is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions, product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery is generally estimated to arrive within 14 business days after dispatch. The delivery estimate available at checkout or in your shipping confirmation may vary depending on the destination and shipping service.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, public holidays, remote destinations, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Holiday Shipping Delays
During peak holiday periods, please allow at least four additional business days for processing or delivery. We recommend ordering early when a helmet is required by a particular date.
Expedited Shipping
Faster delivery may be available for certain destinations. Contact info@roadvictory.com before placing your order to confirm availability, estimated timing, and additional cost.
Potential expedited services may include:
- USPS, UPS, or EMS: approximately 3–7 business days.
- DHL Express: approximately 3–5 business days.
These services and timeframes depend on the destination and carrier availability. Expedited delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Tracking may require some time to display its first carrier update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Customs processing may delay an international shipment. Road Victory cannot control or guarantee customs-clearance times.
Split Shipments
Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. When available, tracking information will identify each parcel. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact info@roadvictory.com with your order number.
We will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the delivery provider.
Damaged Parcels
Inspect the parcel and helmet when they arrive. If the parcel or product is damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and affected item.
Do not ride with or otherwise use a helmet that appears damaged or may have suffered an impact during delivery.
