Clause 2: Courier Logistics and Receipt
2.1 To protect your rights, please inspect the goods before signing for receipt. If the packaging is damaged, deformed, impacted, or shows signs of repeated packaging, refuse to sign for it immediately, take photos as evidence, and contact customer service to report the situation. We will assist in protecting your rights.

2.2 Aside from personal receipt by you, receipt by your cohabiting family members or a designated third party, or instructions to the courier to place the goods at a specified location will also be considered as receipt by you, and the goods will be deemed delivered.

2.3 When unpacking after receipt, it is recommended to record a complete video as evidence. If the product is unused but damaged upon unpacking, you must provide a complete unpacking video. Otherwise, our company will not assume any responsibility.

Limited Warranty Terms 3
3.1. Intentional alteration/defacement/wear of the product serial number/manufacturing code will void any liability of our company.
3.2. Our company only guarantees the 【carbon fiber main body】 and assumes no responsibility for 【free gifts/promotional items/personalized accessories】 included with the order.
3.3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications of product components will void any liability of our company.
3.4. Damage caused by incorrect assembly contrary to the instructions manual will not be covered by our company.
3.5. Our company shall not be held liable for damages resulting from accidents or misuse.
3.6. Malfunctions caused by external factors, such as collisions, falls from height, improper placement, stunt performances, etc., are not covered by our company.
3.7. Damage resulting from improper cleaning operations will not be covered by our company.
3.8. Our company assumes no responsibility for bending, breakage, or other issues caused by road obstacles or potholes.
3.9. This product is intended for personal riding use only. Our company shall not be liable for malfunctions resulting from commercial rentals or other improper usage.
3.10. Damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, is not covered by our company.
