4. Helmet Fit and Safety
Helmet sizing guides, fit calculators, product descriptions, and customer support are provided as general guidance. Helmet sizing and internal shape can vary between brands, models, and shell designs.
You are responsible for reviewing the product-specific size chart and manufacturer instructions before using a helmet. A correctly fitted helmet should feel evenly snug without creating painful pressure points.
A motorcycle helmet cannot prevent every injury. Always fasten the helmet correctly, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and confirm that the helmet's certification is suitable for your intended use and location.
Do not use a helmet that has been dropped, involved in an impact, damaged, modified, or obtained with an uncertain history. Replace a helmet after a significant impact or when instructed by its manufacturer.
5. Orders and Payments
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until it has been successfully processed and confirmed.
We may reject or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, its information or price is incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, delivery is unavailable, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be returned through the original payment method.

For hygiene and safety, helmets must be unused and unworn beyond a careful indoor fit check. Helmets that have been ridden in, dropped, crashed, modified, marked, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.
