Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
