Road Victory Returns and Refunds
At Road Victory, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund terms below.

30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To begin a return, contact info@roadvictory.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and protective materials.

Products showing signs of installation, riding, wear, scratches, damage, modification, or misuse may not be eligible for return.

Please confirm compatibility, sizing, specifications, and fitment before installation. For bicycle components such as handlebars, wheelsets, forks, frames, seatposts, and other fitted parts, installation marks or modification may affect return eligibility.

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise.
